Discovery Call
Let’s discuss your trip! During this short introductory call we will discuss your vision of the trip. You will tell me everything you want to experience on your trip and a bit about your favorite and least favorite travel experiences. I will get to know your travel preferences and share how I work. Prefer to work by email? No problem, I can send you a questionnaire to fill out at your leisure.

Once I understand your travel style and preferences, I’ll begin designing a fully customized itinerary. From flight options and private transfers to curated tours, dining reservations, and hotel selections, every detail is tailored just for you. We’ll collaborate until everything feels just right.

Once you approve the itinerary, my team will handle all the details making sure you have a seamless trip. I will stay in touch with information about your destination(s).

Do you only work with Luxury travelers?
Not at all! While my partnerships and expertise are focused in luxury travel, I work with clients who value personalized experiences, seamless planning, and thoughtful details—regardless of budget or travel style. Exceptional travel should be accessible and tailored to you.
I’m a loyalty member with my favorite hotel brand—can I still book through you?
Absolutely. As a preferred partner with top hotel groups, I can often combine your loyalty benefits with exclusive VIP perks. You’ll still earn your points—and enjoy extras like room upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits, and more.
Can I book my own flights?
Of course. Many of my clients prefer to manage their own flights, especially when using points or miles. I’m happy to advise on flight routes and will always let you know if I can secure a special airfare or package deal.
Do you Charge a Fee?
Hotel bookings are always complimentary—I’m compensated directly by the hotels and travel partners I work with. A service fee may apply for some requests. Such as complex itineraries or securing exclusive event access and hard-to-get tickets. All fees are fully transparent and will be discussed during your complimentary discovery call.
How far in advance should I start planning?
Hotel Bookings can be done weeks (even 5 days) ahead. For customized itineraries, I recommend planning at least 4–6 months in advance. For popular summer and holiday travel, earlier is even better to secure availability and perks.
Do you only plan international trips?
Nope! I plan domestic escapes and weekend getaways too. Whether it’s Europe, Napa, the Caribbean, or Disney, I help families, couples, groups, and solo travelers create memorable, stress-free experiences—with VIP perks and price matching included whenever possible.
